RETURN POLICY


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 15 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it  – unused, unopened, and with its original packaging intact.
  • Contain the original invoice or proof of purchase.

As our products include edible food items (protein seeds, ghee, jaggery powder, etc.), they must be unopened and unaltered to ensure food safety and hygiene standards.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.


Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take care to pack and ship every product securely. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately at vitalharvestseeds2025@gmail.com / vitalharvestseed@gmail.com with supporting photos or videos.

We’ll assess the issue promptly and, if valid, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Opened or partially used food products
  • Perishable goods past their expiry date
  • Custom-packaged or bulk-ordered items
  • Items sold under “Sale” or “Offer” categories
  • Gift cards or promotional bundles

We also do not accept returns for products damaged due to improper storage after delivery (e.g., exposure to moisture, sunlight, or contamination).

If you have doubts about the eligibility of your product for return, please email our support team before sending it back.

Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges for food and grocery items.


If you wish to get a replacement, kindly initiate a return as per the process above and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges and COD handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or wallet account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, or to an authorized bank  –  it may take a few days for your refund to appear officially.
